We are OPEN
for business, and are located off Highway 197--turn south on Blue
Rock Road and follow it around. We are on the north rim above
Maupin, next door to Canyon Rim Manor Assisted Living Center.
We
are still taking new patients, including Medicare and Medicare
Advantage Plans. We will bill ANY insurance, and are
IN-NETWORK providers for many, but cannot provide In-Network coverage
for every insurance as it is very labor intensive to do for only a
couple people with that insurance. If you have questions about
your
coverage, please contact your insurance carrier, as they are the
experts on what they will cover and what they won't cover.
The
Oregon Health Plan in this area is COIHS which is contracted through
ClearOne in Bend; you MUST ask for us to become your Primary Care
Provider (PCP) as they will usually assign you to someone in The Dalles
or Bend. If we are NOT your PCP, we will need to know so we can
get authorization for payment when you check in for your appointment.

of operation: Lunch 1 - 2 pm

9-5pm
Wednesday
10-5pm: walk-ins only; occasionally we will need to close on a
Wednesday to take care of business that can only be done during
business hours.

We
can be available for later day appointments if discussed with provider
in advance. Sharon may also be available for Home Visits for
those who are unable to get to the office, but these must be scheduled
by her in advance.
